Adults only, and only where permitted

This content is intended for people aged 18 or older. You must also meet any higher applicable age requirement and the rules where you are located. Information on this site does not establish your eligibility to gamble.

Set limits before you begin

Choose an entertainment budget you can afford to lose, separate from rent, bills, savings and borrowed money. Decide how long to spend, take breaks and track deposits and stakes. Do not raise a limit because you are close to a bonus target or want to recover a loss.

Notice when the pattern changes

Continuing longer than intended, hiding activity, borrowing to play or feeling compelled to chase a loss are reasons to stop and seek support. A winning session does not make later gambling safer. Avoid playing when distressed, tired or impaired.

Ask for a break or restriction

Contact the official platform’s support to ask which account restrictions, time-outs or exclusion options it offers, how to activate them and when they take effect. Do not assume that an unconfirmed tool is available. Consider blocking tools and practical support from someone you trust.

Find independent support

Gambling Therapy provides an international starting point for support about gambling-related harm. Check its current services and availability directly. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Information is not a strategy

Our articles explain rules and terminology. They do not promise profit, remove risk or recommend chasing a result. Return to the Help Center for account questions or Contact for the official support route.
